Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SummerStyleShoes purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Flip-flops (all styles)
  • Sandals (all styles including Heeled, Platform, Strap, and Slides)

Damaged or Defective Items
