Our Return Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns/exchanges
Note on Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals, flip-flops, or any footwear that shows signs of wear or lacks original packaging.
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below.
- Wait for Approval: Our Berkeley-based team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for the new item unless you qualify for free shipping
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Flip-flops (all styles)
- Sandals (all styles including Heeled, Platform, Strap, and Slides)
- Any footwear showing signs of wear or without original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:
