Are your shoes true to size?
Yes! We carefully size all our footwear to ensure perfect fit. Each product page includes detailed sizing charts, and we recommend checking these before ordering. Our signature anatomically-contoured designs (like our Birkenstock-style sandals) may feel different at first but mold to your feet with wear.
Do you offer waterproof options?
Absolutely! Our Vessi sneakers and select other styles feature waterproof materials perfect for adventures in any weather. Look for the “waterproof” tag on product pages.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We proudly ship to 30+ countries across North America, Europe, and Oceania. Currently we cannot ship to some Asian locations or remote areas (our delivery drones are still in training!).
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
  2. Free Global Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (for orders $50+)
All orders take 1-2 business days to process as we hand-check every pair for quality.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive real-time tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. This will allow you to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer no-hassle returns within 15 days of delivery. Simply email [email protected] to initiate your return. Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
